Summer and Winter Camp are incredible opportunities for students and leaders to get away from distractions so that they can be submerged in God’s truth and love, experience His creation in a new way, and make lifelong memories!
You will have the honor of pointing students to Jesus and get to play a role in what could be a life changing week or weekend for them! We believe that camp wouldn't be camp if it weren't for our energetic, engaging and incredibly intentional staffers!
We are looking for seasonal staffers who can commit to whole or half seasons. At Camp Pondo we have 9 WEEKS of Summer Camp and 9 WEEKENDS of Winter Camp.
Our Rec Team is made up of people who love high-energy games, have a desire to work hard, and have a heart for engaging campers in many different ways! As a member of the Rec Team you will facilitate rec. games, keep things running smoothly during meals and chapels, help with ground keeping and assist with free time activities!
Are you ready to build meaningful relationships with cabins full of campers, get crazy on the rec. field, and do some hard work alongside your awesome teammates? As a Team Lead you will be assigned a rec. team and cabins each week to build relationship with and make sure they have the best camp experience possible. You will also assist with free time activities, and do behind the scene work that keeps camp running smoothly.
Our Food Service Team has the honor of working in the kitchen alongside the legendary “Chef Rob” to help create a clean, welcoming, and delicious experience for campers! As a part of the Food Service Team you will help prep, serve, and clean up meals in the kitchen, as well as work shifts as a barista at the Pondo coffee cart.
Great customer service, excellent attention to detail, and a knack for creating welcoming environments is what our Retail Assistants are all about! In this role, you will be running the Camp Pondo Retail and Snack Shop, where you will be assisting customers, keeping the shop clean, and recording the cash drawers every day.
If you love getting behind a video camera and telling the stories that people will replay and remember for years to come, then this is for you! As our Camp Videographer you will work alongside our creative director to shoot, edit, and produce many crazy fun and heartfelt moments of camp week after week!
We are looking for Camp Photographers who are creative, coachable and love to collaborate! We want someone who doesn’t just love taking photos, but ultimately, loves capturing memories for our campers that will be cherished for years! As our Photographer you will also work alongside our creative director to capture/upload content for social media and promotional use!
Our Production Lead provides technical support while helping to create a distraction-free environment where campers can learn and worship together. The Production Lead will be a member of the the Worship Movement Team. We are looking for someone who is creative and coachable and can help prepare, set up, and facilitate all chapel services by providing technical support.
Additional positions include, Housekeeping, Healthcare Assistant, Nanny, and Office Assistants.
Winter Camp Time Frame is early January — Early March!
Summer Camp Time Frame is late May — Mid-August
