Working at camp is rewarding, demanding, and unlike just about any other job. Expect to work hard, serve outside your role, live in community, receive coaching, grow spiritually, develop as a leader, and make memories you’ll talk about for years.

Rec Team
Our Rec Team is made up of people who love high-energy games, work hard, and have a heart for engaging campers in all kinds of ways! As a member of the Rec Team, you will facilitate rec games, help things run smoothly during meals and chapels, and assist with free time activities throughout the week.
Team Lead
Our Team Leads are relational, energetic, and ready to work hard alongside an awesome team! Each week, you will be assigned a team of cabins to build relationships with and help create the best camp experience possible. You will also assist with free time activities and behind-the-scenes work that keeps camp running smoothly.
Food Service/Barista Team
Our Food Service Team has the honor of working alongside the legendary Chef Rob to create a clean, welcoming, and delicious experience for campers! As a member of the Food Service Team, you will help prep, serve, and clean up meals in the kitchen, as well as work shifts as a barista at the Pondo coffee cart.
Store Manager
Our Store Manager is responsible for creating a clean, welcoming, and organized experience for everyone who visits the Camp Pondo Retail and Snack Shop! In this role, you will assist customers, manage the shop, keep things stocked and organized, and record the cash drawers each day.
Videographer
Our Videographers love getting behind the camera and telling the stories that people will replay and remember for years to come! As a Camp Videographer, you will work alongside our Creative Director to capture, edit, and produce the crazy fun and heartfelt moments happening at camp week after week.
Photographer
Our Photographers are creative, coachable, and love working with others to capture the story of camp! As a Camp Photographer, you will capture memories that campers will cherish for years to come while also working alongside our Creative Director to capture and upload content for social media and promotional use.
Production Lead
Our Production Leads are creative, coachable, and passionate about helping create a distraction-free environment where campers can learn and worship together! As a member of the Pondo Worship Movement Team, you will help prepare, set up, and facilitate chapel services by providing technical support throughout the week.
Healthcare/Life Guard Team
Our Healthcare Team has the important responsibility of caring for the physical well-being of campers throughout the week! As a member of the Healthcare Team, you will provide basic medical care, respond to health concerns, maintain accurate records, and help create a safe and welcoming environment for everyone at camp.
Office Assistant
Our Office Assistant is an important member of the Office Team! You will help with administrative tasks, answer phone calls, and take care of the behind-the-scenes details that help camp run smoothly.
Maintenance Assistant
Our Maintenance Assistant is hands-on, hardworking, and ready to help keep Camp Pondo running smoothly! As a member of the Maintenance Team, you will assist with repairs, upkeep, grounds work, and
