We are so excited to host our second Youth Leaders Retreat! This will be an amazing weekend designed specifically for Youth Pastors AND their entire youth leadership team. Together we will hang out at Pondo; getting in depth training, insights and helpful resources to help you reach students in today’s culture.

Our heart for this retreat is to create space to allow you and your team plenty of individual group time to celebrate and debrief about the past year of ministry and set you up to plan, prepare and pray for the future together. This will be a weekend you don't want to miss! Hope we’ll see you there!

At this retreat we want to give you and your team space to:

• Learn practical and helpful tips/strategies for ministering to students
• Strengthen the way you work and relate together
• Celebrate, pray over and plan for the future of your ministry
• Take part in activities and create memories together as a team

• Invest in yourself and your volunteer team
• Connect with like-minded youth leaders from other ministries

Our hope with this retreat is that you would bring your entire youth volunteer team however, if your whole team can’t join, there’s still benefits for you to come on your own!

Speakers

Speaker | Jose Rodriguez

Jose Rodriguez is the founder and CEO of Rescue a Generation Inc., a non-profit that focuses on reaching students who are struggling in school due to behavior, suspensions, and family issues. Growing up in the inner city, Jose was faced with many of the same challenges that students are faced with today. His story is one that many can relate to and is a story of a complete turnaround.

Vivi is the Next Gen Manager at Sandals Church | Hunter Park

Speaker | RJ McCauley

RJ McCauley is the Student Ministries Pastor at Magnolia Church in Riverside, CA. Over the past 18 years, he has served in youth ministry as a volunteer, leader, mentor, coach, teacher, and pastor. He has an unrivaled passion for Jesus, and wants the next generation to know Him. He loves good coffee, traveling with his wife and daughter, spending time at the beach, driving his classic Volkswagen cars, and watching all things Marvel and Star Wars.
