Please read the following instructions before purchasing your eGift Card.

These steps are how your camper can access their gift card while at camp and are VERY important to not skip over!

Step 1: Follow instructions on e-gift site to purchase e-gift card. Camp Pondo recommends purchasing a $30-$80 Store Card for students attending camp.

Step 2: Make note of how you choose to receive the card. If you send the card directly to the recipient (your camper) make sure they save the qr code, bar code, or 16 digit gift card code either digitally on their phone (via apple wallet or screenshot) OR they have a printed out copy to scan while at camp.

If you choose to send the card to yourself, make sure your camper comes with a digital or printed version of their e-gift card in able to access it. 

Your student must have the QR Code and/or Bar Code to scan or know the 16 digit card number in order to use while at camp!

In the event that your camper forgets the number associated with the eGift Card, our staff will be able to work with your camper to collect your name/email information and contact you in order to retrieve that information. Once again, please be sure to enter your information/email/phone number when purchasing the eGift Card.

FAQ’S

• Can my camper use physical gift cards from previous seasons that still has money on it? Yes! We will still accept physical gift cards as a form of payment, we are just no longer issuing new physical gift cards moving forward.
• Can I get a refund for my camper’s gift-card? Yes, however the 16 digit card number is required in order for us to refund your camper’s eGift-card.
• Can my camper bring cash and/or a debit/credit card? Yes, we take cash, tap pay, and card at our camp store!
