Deposits put down at the time of registration are non-refundable. Soon after registering for camp, the group leader or parent will receive a contract from Ponderosa Pines via email. The contract will spell out the specifics of the financial commitment they have made. It will need to be signed by the group leader or parent as well as the Sr. Pastor, Executive Pastor, or Associate Pastor for church groups registering for camp. Upon signing and returning the contract, the church or parent is then responsible for full payment on the number of spots they have reserved even if they don’t use all their spots. Contracts not returned to Ponderosa Pines within two weeks of registering for camp will be void and the deposits will remain non-refundable. Additionally, your spots may be given to another group or individual.
All deposits are non-refundable. Groups that cancel their event in writing 180 days prior to the event are not liable for the minimum payment noted on the contract. Groups that cancel their event less than 180 days prior to the event are liable for the minimum payment noted on the contract.
