Registration for summer camp at Pondo is based on a first come – first served basis. Spots are not carried over from year to year. We feel that this gives everyone an equal opportunity to experience the life changing ministry of Ponderosa Pines.
Online registration for Summer 2010 opens November 1, 2009. Deposits put down at the time of registration are non-refundable.
The group leader or parent then has until March 1, 2010 to adjust their numbers down if necessary. Numbers can be adjusted up at any time up until the first day of camp based upon availability. If the group leader or parent adjusts their numbers down by March 1, 2010, the deposits are still non-refundable - but they will not be responsible for full payment on the spots they give up.
Soon after the March 1, 2010 deadline to adjust numbers down has passed, the group leader or parent will receive a contract from Ponderosa Pines via email. The contract will spell out the specifics of the financial commitment they have made. It will need to be signed by the group leader or parent as well as the Sr. Pastor, Executive Pastor, or Associate Pastor for church groups registering for camp. The signed contracts are due back in our office by March 15, 2010.
Upon signing and returning the contract, the church or parent is then responsible for full payment on the number of spots they have reserved even if they don't use all their spots. Contracts not returned to Ponderosa Pines by March 15, 2010 will be void and the deposits will remain non-refundable. Additionally, your spots may be given to another group or individual.

Church counselor in a Standard Cabin (at a 1:10 ratio) - $134.50 (Counselors beyond the 1:10 ratio are full price)
Students in an Outback Cabin - $199 (no price increase from 2009!) [$149 for the week of June 14-18]
Church counselor in a Outback Cabin (at a 1:10 ratio) - $99.50 (Counselors beyond the 1:10 ratio are full price)

Deposits…
Deposits are $50 per person (students and counselors) and are non refundable. To register, click the "REGISTER NOW" button on the upper right hand section of this page and fill in all the pertinent information. You will be given the option to pay your deposits by check or by credit card. If you choose the pay by check option, your registration is not complete until we receive a check in our offices. Online credit card final payments are due the Thursday before your Monday arrival to camp. Final payment by check is due upon arrival to camp.
