Driving directions to Pondo.

From the High Desert (Victorville) – take I-15 south to I-215 south to I-210 (Redlands) to Hwy 330 (Running Springs.)  Hwy 330 comes all the way up the mountain.  When you reach Running Springs, Hwy 330 becomes Hwy 18.  Follow Hwy 18 toward Big Bear (look for signs) for about 3 miles to Green Valley Lake Road.  Go left on Green Valley Lake Road and Pondo is ¾ of a mile up on the right.

From the Low Desert (Palm Springs) – take I-10 west to I-210 (Running Springs) to Hwy 330 (Running Springs.)  Hwy 330 comes all the way up the mountain.  When you reach Running Springs, Hwy 330 becomes Hwy 18.  Follow Hwy 18 toward Big Bear (look for signs) for about 3 miles to Green Valley Lake Road.  Go left on Green Valley Lake Road and Pondo is ¾ of a mile up on the right.

From Los Angeles – take I-10 east (through San Bernardino) to I-210 (Running Springs) to Hwy 330 (Running Springs.)  Hwy 330 comes all the way up the mountain.  When you reach Running Springs, Hwy 330 becomes Hwy 18.  Follow Hwy 18 toward Big Bear (look for signs) for about 3 miles to Green Valley Lake Road.  Go left on Green Valley Lake Road and Pondo is ¾ of a mile up on the right.

From San Diego – take I-15 north to I-215 north to I-10 east (through San Bernardino) to I-210 (Running Springs) to Hwy 330 (Running Springs.)  Hwy 330 comes all the way up the mountain.  When you reach Running Springs, Hwy 330 becomes Hwy 18.  Follow Hwy 18 toward Big Bear (look for signs) for about 3 miles to Green Valley Lake Road.  Go left on Green Valley Lake Road and Pondo is ¾ of a mile up on the right.

From the San Fernando Valley – take I-210 east to Hwy 330 (Running Springs.)  Hwy 330 comes all the way up the mountain.  When you reach Running Springs, Hwy 330 becomes Hwy 18.  Follow Hwy 18 toward Big Bear (look for signs) for about 3 miles to Green Valley Lake Road.  Go left on Green Valley Lake Road and Pondo is ¾ of a mile up on the right.

According to the California Department of Transportation, 45’ tour buses are prohibited on mountain roads. Buses exceeding the 40’ limit may be turned around by the Highway Patrol and could be fined.
